The Tamil Producer’s Council has postponed its elections. It was slated to happen on February 5, but the ongoing Jallikattu protests have pushed the council to postpone the elections. March 5 has been announced as the tentative new date.
The election will be held under the supervision of N Rajeshwaran, to choose the office bearers for the period 2017-2019.
