Purampokku audio will be released next January. The music for the film has been composed by newcomer Sathish Varshan – who has already handed over the soundtrack of the film, we hear. Dhananjayan of UTV Motion Pictures (which produces the film) tweeted that he is very ‘happy with the songs’. Sony Music holds the audio rights for the SP Jananathan film, and is planning a release function on the first week of January – most likely on the 7th.
The film stars Arya, Vijay Sethupathi and Karthika Nair, with NK Ekambaram stepping in as the cinematographer.
