Actress Radhika Apte, who pairs with Rajinikanth in their upcoming film Kabali, will join the shooting of the movie from December 1 onwards. Radhika, in an interview with IANS, said that she is not sure if she would be shooting for the movie in Malaysia. Earlier, Rajinikanth had said that large parts of of Kabali would be shot in Malaysia.
Radhika plays Rajinikanth’s wife in Kabali, but the length of her role in the movie is unclear. Unconfirmed reports suggest that her role is limited to a flashback sequence.
Kabali, directed by Pa Ranjith, stars Rajinikanth, Radhika Apte, Dhansika, Attakathi Dinesh, Kalaiyarasan, Kishore and Rithwika. Santhosh Narayanan composes music, while G Murali and Praveen KL handle cinematography and editing.
