Rahul Ravindran will be playing a brief but pivotal role in Mahesh Babu’s Srimanthudu, which is gearing up for a worldwide release on July 10. According to sources, Rahul will make a crucial appearance as Mahesh’s half-brother. Although the role isn’t long, it is reportedly crucial from the story’s perspective.
The film is set as a family drama, and also features Shruti Haasan. Directed by Koratala Siva, the story revolves around a rich businessman’s quest to adopt a village, and the challenges he encounters in the process.
Srimanthudu also features Rajendra Prasad, Jagapathi Babu, Sukanya and Aamani in significant roles. The film is jointly produced by Mahesh and Mythri Movies.
