Rajini Murugan is the second movie together for director Ponram and actor Sivakarthikeyan after Varuthapadatha Vaalibar Sangam. Actress Keerthi Suresh has been paired opposite Sivakarthikeyan in this romantic-comedy which has music scored by D Imman.
Produced by Thirrupathi Brothers, Rajini Murugan has Soori, Samuthirakani and veteran actor Rajkiran in supporting roles.
