Actor Ram Charan has expressed interest in starring in the Telugu remake of the recent Tamil hit Thani Oruvan. Reportedly, the actor watched the edgy dark-thriller, which has Jayam Ravi, Aravind Swamy and Nayantara in the lead, and was extremely impressed with it. Ram Charan, currently, is busy shooting for Bruce Lee.
A source close to the actor told us that the remake rights of Thani Oruvan are yet to be acquired, and discussions regarding the same have been initiated. The director, producer and the cast for the remake are yet to be confirmed.
Thani Oruvan, director Mohan Raja’s first non-remake film, is turning out to be a blockbuster in Tamil Nadu.
