Regina Cassandra will reportedly play the female lead in Selvaraghavan’s next film. The project has Santhanam in the lead cast and is a romance.
Regina played a nanny in Selvaraghavan’s Nenjam Marappathillai, which is coming up for release.

According to reports, the actress was offered the lead role in the film with Santhanam as Selvaraghavan was impressed with her work in Nenjam Marappathillai.
The film is an urban romance with Santhanam playing an IT employee. Yuvan Shankar Raja will compose the music. Geethanjali Selvaraghavan is bankrolling the film through Glo Studios.
Meanwhile, Selvaraghavan has also signed to direct Suriya for a film.
