Actress Rukmini has been roped in for a cameo in Shamitabh. Speaking to The Times of India, the actress said, “One of Balki’s assistants whom I’d worked with previously, suggested my name to him. It is a guest role, and it is a humorous one.”
Rukmini, who shot for a week, revealed that it was a ‘fun shooting experience’. “Balki and Dhanush made sure that my time on the sets was wonderful.”
The actress debuted with Ananda Thaandavam and was last seen in Kochadaiiyaan.
Shamitabh will release in February 2015.
