The trailer of Santhanam’s upcoming film Dikkiloona is out now. The film helmed by debutant Karthik Yogi will see Santhanam playing three different roles for the first time. Dikkiloona is being jointly bankrolled by Kotapadi J Rajesh’s KJR Studios and KS Sinish’s Soldiers Factory.
It’s 2027. There’s lightning striking, a car drifting, smoke filling up, and an exagerrated shot of a foot stomping the floor. What else but the quintessential ‘introduction scene’ of Santhanam can it be? But the hype ends right there. He walks into an old factory to find Yogi Babu and Arun Alexander, and ta group of ‘scientists’ or at least they claim so, working on a time machine. After a few bad jokes, he’s inside the contraption, back to 2020, to apparently stop a horrific incident of his life – no not corona, thankfully, but his wedding.
What follows with the voiceover of Nizhalgal Ravi is a glimpse of almost every character in the film – Harbhajan Singh, Anagha, Shirin Kanchwala, Anand Raj, Prashanth Rangaswamy, Motta Rajendran, Sha Ra, and Munishkanth, some more bad jokes, and the three characters of Santhanam.
KJR Studios took to Twitter to release the trailer.
