As reported earlier, Dhanush will be playing a dual role in his next film with Durai Senthilkumar. The actor confirmed the news on Sunday and added that actress Shamilee will be playing one of the female leads in the film.

The film will be co produced by Vetrimaaran and Escape Artistes Motion Pictures. It must be noted that Vidya Balan was approached for one of the roles, but she could not allocate dates. Lakshmi Menon might play the other female lead in this film, which also stars Sathish. Anirudh will be composing the music for this flick.
