The climax portion of Baahubali: The Conclusion is being shot at Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad and reports suggest that S S Rajamouli is likely to wrap up the shoot of the film this November. It must be noted that 40% of the second part was completed even before the first part released.

The first part of the film, which released in July last year ended with a cliffhanger and ‘why did Kattappa kill Baahubali?’ became the question on everyone’s mind. The film also won the National Award for Best Picture, this year.

Notably, Rana Daggubati, who plays the menacing antagonist Bhallaladeva in the film, has completed his portion for Baahubali: The Conclusion. The second part of the film will also focus more on the villainous side of Bhallaladeva, the character that Rana plays. Rana, in an interview, revealed that the answer to the Kattappa mystery will be satisfying for the audience.
With the much-awaited film slated to release on 28 April 2017, the first-look poster of the film is likely to be unveiled on actor Prabhas’ birthday on 23 October. Incidentally, the first-look teaser of the first part was also released on the same day in 2013. The theatrical trailer of the film is expected to be released in January next year.
With music by M M Keeravani, the film has an ensemble cast that includes Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah, Sathyaraj, Sudeep, Nassar, Ramya Krishnan in integral roles. The cinematography is helmed by K K Senthil Kumar, Art direction is by Sabu Cyril while V Srinivas Mohan is the Visual Effects Supervisor.
