Naga Chaitanya and Shruti Haasan, lead actors of the Telugu remake of the Malayalam film Premam, are being mobbed by hundreds of students at the Andhra University in Vishakhapatnam, where the filmmakers are canning the college portions of the film. “The atmosphere in the university is electric. Hundreds of students are around them on the sets on all days while a few of them are constantly clicking pictures. I know it’s crazy, but at the same time so much fun,” Chaitanya Krishna, who plays one of Naga Chaitanya’s friends told Silverscreen.in. Directed by Chandoo Mondeti, the film also stars Anupama Parameswaran. Aisha Sharma is under consideration for the third role, originally played by Madonna Sebastian. Shruti reprises Sai Pallavi’s role, while Anupama plays her character in the original.
