Gautami Tadimalla has clarified that all reports regarding her daughter, Subhalaxmi making her acting debut are false. Taking to Twitter, Gautami admitted that she was taken aback by the reports.

Recently, reports surfaced that Subhalaxmi would be making her acting debut in Varma, the Tamil remake of Arjun Reddy starring Vikram’s son Dhruv. The team began shooting for the film in Kathmandu, Nepal, last week. Helmed by Bala, whose last release was Naachiyar last month, the team is yet to finalise on the female lead. Reports suggest that it might be Shalini Pandey, who featured in the original film.
