Director-actor Sundar C has titled his next film as ‘Muthuna Kathirikkai‘. The film will be produced by Sundar C, under his banner Avni Production, and will be directed by Venkat Ragavan, a former assistant of Sundar C. The film is an official remake of 2014 Malayalam film Vellimoonga, starring Biju Menon and Nikki Galrani.
The film will have Sundar C and Poonam Bajwa playing the lead roles, and Sathish, VTV ganesh, Singam Puli, Yogi Babu, Sumithra, Kiran and Sriman will be seen in supporting roles. The story revolves around a 40-year-old politician named Muthupandi, who falls in love with a young woman. The film will have Siddharth Vipin composing the tunes.
