Bigwigs from the Tamil film industry will meet on November 16 to discuss piracy issues plaguing the industry. The Tamil Film Producers’ Council, Nadigar Sangam, Directors’ Union and FEFSI will convene their members on the date and hope to bring about some measures to stop piracy. Said RK Selvamani, “It is our hope that if the entire film industry decides to come together for this issue, it can be resolved soon. And to aid this, we have cancelled all shootings and film related activities after 1 PM on the 16th so that all members can come and take part.”
