Actress Priya Anand has a lot stacked up for her this year. With a debut in two languages and an upcoming Tamil movie, she has a busy schedule ahead of her.
Priya Anand makes her debut in Mollywood with Prithviraj starrer, Ezra. The horror movie directed by debutant Jayakrishnan, focuses on the Jewish culture in the Mattancherry area in Kochi. Music director of Kasaba, Rahul Raj, composes the music for the film.
More than a week into the shooting, Priya Anand in her interview to Times of India, said that the script was refreshing and she was “bowled over” by the amount of detailing in the script. She added that she was “freaked out” by it, referring to the plot of the story.

Priya Anand is also making her debut in Kannada cinema alongside Puneeth Rajkumar, in Rajkumara. Directed by Santhosh Anandram, the movie is said to have a unique plot that portrays two different stories. Actor Sarath Kumar plays the role of Puneeth’s father in the movie. It began shooting last month in Australia.

Priya also just finished shooting for the Tamil film Muthuramalingam in which she stars opposite Gautham Karthik. Directed by Rajadurai, the movie has actors Prabhu, Napolean, and Vivek in supporting roles. The first look of the movie was released recently.
