KS Ravikumar, in his interview to Ananda Vikatan, has revealed that it was Rajinikanth who named the Kamal Haasan film Tenali. “It was during the time when Jaggubhai was launched and later dropped. I was busy shooting my film with Kamal Haasan. Rajini sir used to frequent my office during that time. It was he who suggested the name Tenali for the film.”
The director is busy with the censor work for Lingaa’s Telugu and Hindi versions at present. The film is slated for release on December 12.
