Director Ram, who made two critically acclaimed films Katradhu Thamizh and Thanga Meenkal, will be directing actor Mammootty in his next film.

Ram, in an interview to Times of India, said that the movie – which is under pre-production – would be a “feel-good film,” with music by Yuvanshankar Raja.
Ram is presently busy with his Taramani, which has Andreah Jeremiah and Adrian Knight Jesly in the lead roles. He plans to kick start the Mammootty-starrer in 3 to 4 months and wrap it up by the end of the year. Mammootty is currently working on the Malayalam film Bhaskar The Rascal, directed by Siddique.
