Director Mohan Raja has hinted that the sequel of Thani Oruvan will likely be Jayam Ravi’s 25th film. In a Twitter chat with his fans on May 1, while Thani Oruvan premiered on TV, Mohan Raja talked about his next film with Ravi. When a fan asked him, “can we expect a sequel to ‘Thani Oruvan’,” Raja said: “Sure. Ravi’s 25th film, hopefully.”
Jayam Ravi is currently working on his 24th film, Bogan, directed by Lakshman. The lead cast includes Arvind Swami and Hansika Motwani. Mohan Raja is working on a film with Sivakarthikeyan, Nayanthara and Fahadh Faasil.
