Actress Trisha Krishnan will mark her Mollywood entry with the movie, Hey Jude. She will be seen along with Sakhavu actor, Nivin Pauly in the movie.
In a free wheeling chat with DC, the Kodi actress said that she was impressed with the script of director Shyamaprasad.
“There’s a lot of scope for performance. The entire team was appealing and I felt it was the right choice for my foray into the Malayalam industry,” she quipped.

The actress plays a Christian girl in the film, and much has been made of that fact already on social media. This is due to the enormous success Trisha enjoyed when she played the iconic Jessie in Gautham Menon’s Vinnai Thaandi Varuvaaya.
“No doubt the Jessie character which brought out a different dimension of her is very close to her heart. Here, Trisha plays an inimitable character which is equally challenging,” a source told DC.
Meanwhile, the makers plan to shoot some scenes of the film in Goa. A release date is not yet known.
