The filming of director K V Anand’s next film starring Vijay Sethupathi and Madonna Sebastian, will begin on 11 July in Chennai. The film, which will also have veteran actor-director T Rajendar playing a key role, will have Hiphop Tamizha Aadhi’s music, and Abhinandan Ramanujan, who worked as an associate cameraman in K V Anand’s Ko, will be handling cinematography.

This will be Madonna Sebastian’s second film with Vijay Sethupathi, after her Tamil debut in Kadhalum Kadanthu Pogum. The film is produced by AGS Entertainment, and is K V Anand’s third collaboration with AGS after Maattran and Anegan.
According to the production house, this will be a big budget project. The story, screenplay and dialogues for the film have been co-written by K VAnand and his regular associates SuBa and Kabilan Vairamuthu. The team is currently in the process of finalizing other cast and crew members.
Vijay Sethupathi is also shooting for Rekka with Lakshmi Menon and his next release will be Dharmadurai, directed by Seenu Ramasamy.
