If Vadacurry’s official trailer is to go by, we shall be seeing director Venkat Prabhu making a guest appearance in the film. Venkat Prabhu confirmed this on Twitter while responding to a fan’s post on the official trailer. Vadacurry, which is set in Madurai, has Jai and Swathi in the lead. This movie shall see musical maestro Ilayaraja’s family coming together as Venkat Prabhu, Yuvan Shankar Raja (who has composed one song for the film) and director Saravana Rajan are all cousins.
Also, Sunny Leone stars in a song in the film that was shot in Bangkok. According to the director, the plot revolves around a man keen on buying a high-end mobile phone. Newcomers Vivek Siva and Mervin Solomon have scored music.
