Actor Vikram Prabhu, who was last seen in Vellaikara Dorai, has signed a new film titled Wagah, helmed by director GNR Kumaravel who directed the critically acclaimed Haridas. Actor Sathyan and Ilavarasan are a part of the supporting cast. A TV serial artiste will be the female lead, and her name will be announced in the coming weeks.
The first schedule of the film will go on for 10 days in the locales of Karaikudi. The team will head to Kuli Manali for their second schedule and will also shoot at Wagah border.
Wagah is produced by Vijay Bhargavi Films, and has music director Imman scoring the tunes.
