Actor Vishal has chosen to handover the captaincy of the Chennai team of the CCL to actor Vishnu Vishal. In an official statement, the actor has attributed this to ‘heavy workload’ and ‘lack of dates’. “Films have always been my top priority and with Aambala releasing for Pongal, I will be completely involved with work pertaining to this film, which will keep me away from CCL 2015.”
Vishal is currently busy wrapping up the final portions of Aambala in Italy. Following this, he’s expected to begin work on the yet-untitled Suseenthiran project, followed by the Sandakozhi sequel with Lingusamy. The actor is also planning to run for a post in the upcoming Nadigar Sangam elections.
