VJ Ramya has been approached for Mani Ratnam’s next, which is reportedly titled OK Kanmani. According to Deccan Chronicle, the popular VJ will be seen in a crucial role in the film. Ramya said, “A lot of people have been tweeting since morning. It’s true that I was approached. But for now, I am not in a situation to give out more details and it’s highly confidential.”
OK Kanmani has Dulquer Salman and Nithya Menen in the lead, while PC Sreeram handles cinematography. AR Rahman composes music. The film, said to be an urban romantic story, has been predominantly shot in Chennai.
