It is raining like Thalapathy as he screams that Aditi is his girl. Just like Madhavan from Alaipayuthe would. All of this after the Kaatru Veliyidai lead pair courted like the couple in Kannathil Muthamittal in the first trailer.
Maniratnam sure went back in time for this one. Don’t trust us? Watch Karthi yell at Aditi twice in a one minute trailer. Watch her cry with quivering lips. Watch her wonder why he would treat her the way he treats her. It is like Mani Ratnam went back to the 19th century to find his lead woman.
