The Krrish franchise, written, directed and produced by the actor’s father Rakesh Roshan, started with the release of the 2003 film Koi… Mil Gaya. The story revolved around the characters Rohan Mehra and Nisha, played by Hrithik Roshan and Preity Zinta, meeting an extra-terrestrial creature that they name Jadoo and Rohan gaining superpowers thereafter.
