Actress Anjali has been roped in to play one of the leads in director Karthik Subbaraj’s Iraivi, said a press release issued by the movie’s PRO. A Deccan Chronicle report also revealed that the actress has lost a few kilos for her role in the movie.
Iraivi went on floors yesterday in the city. Combination scenes featuring Bobby Simha and SJ Suryah were shot, and other actors are expected to join the cast soon.
Iraivi stars Vijay Sethupathi, Bobby Simhaa and SJ Suryah in titular roles while actor Karukanakaran will be essaying an important role in it. Music director Santhosh Narayanan will be scoring the music, and National Award winner Vivek Harshan will be editing the movie. Gavemic U Ary will be handling the camera.
