Director Nandha Periyasamy’s next movie, Jigina, went on floors on Monday. Filmmaker and producer Lingusamy – under whose tutelage Nandha learnt the craft – launched the project. Jigina stars actor Vijay Vasanth of Ennamo Nadakkudhu fame and Sanea in lead roles. Debutant Jhone composes music while Balaji Ranga wields the camera. Lyricist Yuga Bharathi has penned all the songs. KTK of Rahul Pictures produces Jigina, and the flick is expected to hit theatres by the end of this year.
