The Irrudhi Suttru team began shooting today. The film has R Madhavan in the lead role and is being helmed by Sudha K Prasad, who debuted with Drohi. The project is jointly produced by Sashikanth of Y Not Studios and CV Kumar of Thirukumaran Entertainment. Varun Manian of Radiance Media was also present at the launch. The movie follows a boxing coach and has a thrilling premise, according to its editor KL Praveen. It is a bilingual and will be made simultaneously in Tamil and Hindi. Santhosh Narayanan has been roped in to compose music.
The Hindi version has been named Saala Khadoos and will also have the same cast and crew, said sources. Madhavan underwent a complete makeover for his role in the film and has also done some serious body building.
