Veera Sivaji, starring Vikram Prabhu and Shamili, is nearing completion, and the makers are planning to release the film sometime in May. The film narrates the story of a cab driver Sivaji (Vikram Prabhu), who goes on a trip from Pondicherry to Kanyakumari. Shamili plays the role of a job-seeker who comes across Sivaji and fall in love with him.
The film is produced by Madras Enterprises Production, which has bankrolled films like Romeo Juliet. John Vijay, Robo Shankar, Yogi Babu, Naan Kadavul Rajendran, Manishasree, Vinodhini and Sri Ranjini play supporting roles in this film, which has cinematography handled by Sukumar, and editing by Ruben.
