Tamannaah Bhatia has reportedly signed a Hindi action thriller with John Abraham, making it her first Hindi project for the year. According to entertainment site Bollywood Life, the film is called Chor Nikal Ke Bhaaga where Tamannaah plays an air hostess, and John Abraham plays a cop.
John, who last played a cop in Force 2, Dishoom, and Rocky Handsome, won’t be romantically linked to Tamannaah’s character. “Tamannaah is romantically linked with another protagonist. It’s a challenging role, and will involve lots of mind games,” confirmed one of the producers while speaking to The Times Of India.

Despite making her cinema debut in Hindi with Chand Sa Roshan Chehra in 2005, Tamannaah is primarily seen in Tamil and Telugu films. Her last films were Dharma Durai and Devi last year. After her debut in Hindi, she has since been a part of Himmatwala (2013) and Humshakals in 2014.
Currently, she has signed on a film opposite Vikram, and is also part of the Tamil remake of Telugu film Pelli Choopulu. She is also gearing up for the release of her mega-budgeted Telugu film Baahubali 2 directed by SS Rajamouli.
