Rajesh will team up with longtime associate Santhanam for a new film. Interestingly, Santhanam plays the male lead in this comedy entertainer. Thus far, Santhanam has only played the comedian in Rajesh’s films.
Rajesh told ToI:
“Now, that’s the highlight of the film. I have a good rapport with him, both as an artiste and a friend. We are excited about working together.”
The director hopes to begin shoot from August this year.
“It is going to be an out-and-out entertainer. I will be trying something different in the film with Santhanam, which he hasn’t done before.”
Santhanam’s next release is Server Sundaram.
