Actress Deepika Padukone has been nominated along with her xXx co-stars Nina Dobrev, Ruby Rose for the Teen Choice Awards. Padukone features in the category ‘Choice Action Movie Actress’ alongside Wonder Woman actress Gal Gado.
The 31-year-old Bollywood actress was nominated for her role as Serena Unger in the third instalment of the action film franchise. She made her Hollywood debut through this film.
Reports indicate that Padukone will return for the fourth instalment as well.

Michelle Rodriguez also features in the list of nominees alongside Pirates Of The Caribbean actress Kaya Scodelario.
The awards ceremony will be held on August 13 this year. The awards honor the year’s biggest achievements in music, film, sports, television, fashion, and more, voted by viewers aged 13 to 20.
XxX: Return of Xander Cage was directed by DJ Caruso. The film opened to mostly negative reviews, and collected a little over $346 million.
