Pattaya Kelappanum Pandiyaa Movie Review – Times of India

Recommended

We get something resembling a plot only after the interval, and it is just a superficial one, and has to do with the heroine’s family problems — there is no father, there is no money but there is a blind sister. And, so the hero finally has something to do — fix a match for that girl, simply because only then he can marry the heroine. Yes, the film is that condescending. And, it is also tone deaf. An accident happens but the director cuts to show us a comedy scene involving a man being punched in the mouth by Soori. How can he then expect us to take the film seriously?
