Chekka Chivantha Vaanam: Here Are The Four Protagonists

The four protagonists of Mani Ratnam’s multi-starrer Chekka Chivantha Vaanam were recently introduced by the makers of the film. The first-look posters of the characters played by Arvind Swami, Arun Vijay, Vijay Sethupathi and Silambarasan were unveiled in the last four days on social media. The film will be out on September 28.

Not much is known about the film’s plot. A few reports state that the four protagonists play four brothers, while a few other reports suggest that the film is about industrial pollution, as indicated in the first-look poster.

Apart from the four actors, the film also stars Jyothika, Aishwarya Rajesh, Aditi Rao Hydari, Prakash Raj, Jayasudha, Thyagarajan, Dayana Erappa, Mansoor Ali Khan and Cheenu Mohan. The film is jointly bankrolled by Lyca Productions and Mani Ratnam’s home banner Madras Talkies. Mani Ratnam has once again collaborated with his old associates – AR Rahman for music and Santhosh Sivan for cinematography.

A spokesperson for the film said that information regarding the plot and characters will be disclosed during the audio and trailer launch that will be held on September 5.

Silambarasan as Ethi
