Malayalam actors Prithviraj Sukumaran, Parvathy, Nivin Pauly, and Tovino Thomas have come out in support of Sreejith who has been protesting outside the Kerala Secretariat for more than 760 days now. He has demanded action against police officials allegedly responsible for his brother’s death in police custody.
According to reports, the allegations have been proven right in an inquiry by the Police Complaints Authority in Kerala.
Taking to social media, actress Parvathy spoke of how the fight rightfully belongs to him.
Sreejith, I am with you in your fight for what’s rightfully yours. Truth. No one deserves to be kept in the dark and denied justice. Your resilience and resoluteness to honour your brother’s life is the inspiration we need. #JusticeForSreejith #reachingout

Actor Prithviraj Sukumaran, in a Facebook post, shared how Sreejith represents ‘the most valuable human faculty of modern times’.
Mayaanadhi actor Tovino Thomas, in a Facebook live session, urged people to come out and show support for Sreejith. He even spent time with Sreejith.
“I came to know about Sreejith a few days back and I thought it’s better not to do a Facebook post and leave it there. I have come out in public to support Sreejith. It’s based on humanity, I don’t represent any parties,” he says in the video.
Nivin Pauly, too, took to Twitter to show his support.
