Filmmaker Mani Ratnam’s upcoming multi-starrer Chekka Chivantha Vaanam is in the final stages of production. As per reports, actress Aishwarya Rajesh has wrapped up shooting her scenes. She took to Twitter to show her gratitude to the team and the director. She wrote: “It is an amazing experience working with Mani Ratnam.”

Recently, actor and frequent collaborator of Mani Ratnam, Arvind Swami has also bid adieu to team Chekka Chivantha Vanam.

Also, new stills from the sets of this Mani Ratnam movie is out and it features Jyothika and Arun Vijay, with whom the legendary filmmaker is partnering up for the first time.
Produced by Madras Talkies and Lyca Productions, the film has a star cast of Simbu, Vijay Sethupathi, Arun Vijay, Arvind Swami, Jyothika and Aditi Rao Hydari in lead roles. Chekka Chivantha Vaanam has music composed by AR Rahman and the cinematography done by Santhosh Sivan. The film is expected to release later this year.
