After the successful release of Tik Tik Tik, the first-look poster of actor Jayam Ravi’s 24th film Adanga Maru was recently released. The film is Karthik Thangavel’s first directorial venture.

The shooting for the film began in December last year and is currently in its final stages of filming. Raashi Khanna, whose Imaikka Nodigal with Atharvaa is soon to be released, plays the female lead. The music for the film is composed by Sam CS.
Adanga Maru is yet another police drama and in the poster, Ravi looks like he’s just come out of a fight where the other guy probably looked worse. Another poster finds him brooding but dangerous, about to cock a gun. The posters showed up on social media when the production house and then the actors, including Ravi, tweeted the pictures past midnight. The second poster, with Ravi holding a gun, went out as a tweet from Ravi where he said it was a bonus for his fans.

The film is bankrolled by Sujatha Vijayakumar and Jayam Ravi’s brother-in-law Anand under the banner of Home Movie Makers.
