The promotional teasers and posters did look like the film was trying to project Santhanam as larger than life.But the director duo (Muruganand =Prem Anand and Murugan) have kept it simple and made sure that Santhanam never looks out of place. They have not gone all out and have kept things under reasonable control. While there is no single moment that has you in bouts of laughter there are some decent grins sprinkled throughout.
