As far as the negatives go, the brilliant second half makes us wonder the need for such a dragged out first half. You don’t actually root for the character of Salim in some scenes where he remains too patient, border lining on unrealism.
Nevertheless, ’Salim’ is a decent enough thriller that compensates for its weak first half by a smarter second half and some composed acting by Vijay Antony.
