Sutrula Movie Review Times of India

Then, there is the pointless flashback that is inserted to make us feel a tinge of sympathy for a villain, who is cold-blooded and devises cruel methods of killing people. The dialogues are just thought bubbles used to tell us what each character is thinking, doing or planning to do. The acting is immature (Richard, in the crucial antagonist role, is robotic while the others are dreadful) and the line readings so fake, even when it is just the smoking disclaimer that is being read. The shots make you wonder if the director’s role on location was just to say ‘action’, get the camera rolling and shout ‘cut’ once the lines were dutifully recited by the actors. Forget game of death, you will be bored to death.
