The teaser of Naachiyar has already begun making waves on social media. It was unveiled on social media recently and is mostly free from dialogues. Except for a particularly visceral portion towards the end when the film’s lead – Naachiyar (played by Jyothika), utters an obscenity. Predictably, it has divided fans and critics alike, with many calling for the removal of the word.
