Anantkumar Hegde, Union Minister of State for Skill Development, has managed to anger Prakash Raj yet again. During his visit in Ballari, the minister had referred to the Dalit protesters as stray barking dogs. The remark has not only angered the Dalit community, but also actor Prakash Raj. The actor took to Twitter and demanded that BJP takes action against Hegde.
