Trisha will play the role of a private detective in Kutrappayirchi. G.Vivekanandan of Sri Guru Jothi Films is producing the movie, Verniq, former assistant of director Bala, is making his directorial debut. The story is set in the 80s and the screenplay is based on true events.
Surabhi, Super Subbarayan are also part of the cast.
