Right from tweeting motivational quotes with his photos, to praising a film or sharing jokes (with his photo, again), Amitabh Bachchan is the goofy grand-dad we wish we had. Or not.
The sports enthusiast that he is, he took to Twitter after the Indian cricket team won the first T20 cricket match against South Africa on Sunday. He congratulated the team and expressed his displeasure over the style of commentary. He, however, did not take any names.
T 2619 – INDIA wins first T20 against SoAf .. brilliant play .. loved the aggression .. and loved the bias commentating .. keep doing that please ..coz’ every time you do that we WIN handsomely ! pic.twitter.com/q3cES8Q772

Assuming he was referring to Harsha Bhogle, the Twitterati trolled the actor for his comments.
If your indication is towards @bhogleharsha then you need to work on your knowledge of the game.

We should enjoy the game. I don’t know what’s your problem with commentators. They have to be neutral, god knows why you keep calling them biased. Does any commentator criticise your acting? Why you keep intervening in their profession?@sanjaymanjrekar @bhogleharsha @amolsurwase

This old guy has lost his sense.

It’s there job to commentate . Don’t interface and know your limits .They don’t interfere in your movie buisness . Why you poke your nose in there’s job. Stick to movies , leave the cricket commentry to the experts .They are doing way better job then you did in your entire career

He always do this to get limelight, professional actor.
But please don’t do this. This is sport not your field of acting.— Amol Surwase (@amolsurwase) February 18, 2018
It is, however, not the first time Bachchan senior has said something about the commentators. In 2016, during an India-Bangladesh match, the Indian team won the match by one run. The cricket team captain was criticised by the commentators, including Harsha Bhogle.
T 2184 – With all due respects, it would be really worthy of an Indian commentator to speak more about our players than others all the time.

In response, Bhogle had given this explanation.
