According to sources, the official teaser for the tentatively-titled Ajith 56 will be unveiled on October 1, while the audio launch has been scheduled for end-October or early-November.

Shooting for the film has just got underway, and the team is reportedly travelling to Italy to shoot key scenes. The team had initially planned to shoot the scenes in Dubai, but the venue had been changed after the UAE Government withheld permission.
Tipped to be a Deepavali release, Ajith 56 is directed by Siva (of Siruthai fame) and stars Ajith, Shruti Haasan and Lakshmi Menon. The film has music composed by Anirudh Ravichander. Newcomers Kabir Singh, Ashwin Kakamanu and Soori form the supporting cast.
