Akshay Kumar’s next film has been announced with a teaser from Yash Raj Films today. The movie titled Prithviraj has the actor essaying the role of Rajput king, Prithviraj Chauhan. The movie is helmed by Dr. Chandraprakash Dwivedi who is known for his 90s television epic Chanakya.
The teaser features a sword emerging onto a blazing screen, lighting up and turning into a flag held by a soldier in a battalion, on a battlefield. They’re led by a king, who’ll presumably be played by Akshay.
Akshay Kumar took to twitter to announce this and surprise his fans,

The movie is set to release for Diwali 2020. The cast and crew are yet to be announced.
