Director Lingusamy will start working on his Tamil- Telugu bilingual project with Allu Arjun in May. The film will be produced jointly by Studio Green and Allu Arjun’s home banner Geetha Arts.

The director was in the news last week for the cancellation of Sandakozhi-2. The film’s lead/producer Vishal made a formal complaint against Lingusamy for postponing the shoot of Sandakozhi-2, demanded compensation for the losses incurred during the pre-production of the film.
With Lingusamy’s film, Allu Arjun will be making an entry in Tamil cinema. Post-Baahubali, the opening for Telugu films and bilinguals has increased tremendously, resulting in top actors of Telugu transitioning into Tamil. Mahesh Babu’s bilingual Brahmotsavam will release in April. Cast and crew details of the Allu Arjun’s film is awaited.
