Kamal Haasan’s next film will be a multilingual opposite actress Amala. Bollywood actress Zarina Wahab will also play an integral role in the film. The film will be directed by TK Rajeev Kumar, a prominent Malayalam film director, who previously worked with Kamal Haasan in Chanakyan (1989).
The film will be shot in the USA, from January onwards, with a shooting schedule of three months. Kamal Haasan has said that is interested in being a part of quality films which are completed in quick time. Kamal Haasan and Amala were a popular screen couple in the 80s, with films like Sathya, Pesum Padam, and Vetri Vizha.
